Independent analysis of construction job performance.
We read a contractor's job documents against their accounting actuals. Change orders, pay applications, schedules, daily reports. The goal is to turn closed-job history into something you can measure the next job against.
Most contractors have years of job data and no practical way to use it. The estimate lives in one system and the actuals live in another, and the documents that explain the gap sit in a folder nobody opens after closeout.
We're talking with finance leaders at mid-market general contractors right now, trying to understand how this works in practice. If you build in the $25M to $250M range and see it differently than we do, we'd like to hear it.
